Tour Content

Golf Vacation Scotland has the right to alter any tour itineraries in the event of a course or hotel being unavailable. This will be agreed with both parties first.

Chauffered Tours

Chauffered tours with Neil can be arranged to include on and off course instruction together with sightseeing, whisky etc. Please for details.

Airports

As Scotland is a relatively small country, travel is very simple on quiet and well maintained roads. All tours are easily accessible from Scotland's 5 major International airports - Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Inverness and Aberdeen.

Single Supplements

All tours are open to golfers travelling alone. A small supplement will apply. Please for details.

Ferry

Golfers wishing to travel to Scotland, using their own vehicle, on the Zebrugge - Rosyth car ferry please for self-drive prices.

Flights

Flights are not included in the tour price.

Footwear

Soft spikes may be required for some courses. Clients will be advised at time of booking.

Handicap Certificates

Handicap Certificates are sometimes required. Clients will be advised at time of booking.

Currency

It may be advisable to bring some local currency.

Hire Vehicle

If the vehicle is collected with a full tank of petrol then it must be returned full. All drivers must carry a legitimate driving license/identification.

Cancellation Fee

If you cancel within 7 days of the start of the tour, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the tour will be charged.

Course Information

All golf courses have trolleys for hire, but very few have golf cars for hire. As Scotland is the home of golf, etiquette and a knowledge of the rules of golf are expected.

Electrical Appliances

The requirement in Scotland is for 3-prong plugs. The voltage is 240v.

Tipping

All tipping of waiters etc. is at the client's discretion.

Non-Golfers

We provide a full programme for non-golfers during their trip to Scotland e.g. shopping, sightseeing or even learning to play golf.
